Last week, Israel’s Steakholder Foods welcomed Michal Ansky as culinary director and special strategic consultant.
Ansky, who was a judge on MasterChef Israel for over a decade, has established herself as a global thought leader in the culinary field, garnering recognition for her efforts in promoting culinary culture in Israel. A gastronome, Ansky is renowned for her work establishing Tel Aviv’s farmers' market and the indoor market at Tel Aviv Port.
At Steakholder Foods, Ansky will serve as a consultant, bringing her extensive expertise in culinary excellence and collaboration to further enhance the company’s offerings as it moves towards commercialisation and expansion.
