Israeli food-tech company Efishient Protein has announced the successful completion of its talapia cell line development.
Through its technological capabilities, Efishient Protein has unlocked the potential to produce muscle and fat cells of tilapia, which it says is a ‘key step towards establishing a genetic cell bank’.
